I've never failed. I know what you're thinking everybody fails. But failure is a mindset. Every time I've tried something and it didn't work out as I planned, I still learned something. If I learned something, how is that a failure? That's how I look at it anyway. I think that approach helps me. I believe there's a lesson in every attempt. The lack of attempt is the real failure.
I was watching a movie and for some reason I usually get some saying or piece of advice from the characters, that I try to apply. This was from the movie "Land of the Dead", it's a zombie movie. One of the characters, talking about his father, said "he never tried anything, so he never had anything."
That resonates with me. Not trying is failing.
